TWIMO Thrifty Tip: Consignment Shops

I know, I know. Used clothing. All you J.Crew models out there are quivering in your italian leather flats, because you might have to DIG to find a great deal, but I'm telling you, one man's trash is anothers treasure and consignment shops are usually a step up from your down and dirty thrift store. I've recently been taking some of my own designer duds to a local shop and although I'm making a little cash money, I also have picked up some steals. Check out my proof that consignment isn't so scary.

Cole Hahn Sandals $30

Lily Pulitzer maxi dress I will be sporting at the brunch wedding of SD if I can get it zipped by June. AND only set me back $50. Not too bad for a days work.

Cute not scary. Didn't even have to dig too far into the racks to find it.

Reminds me of some Chahuily glass I saw once

  2. Ha, I never knew how much you hated those of us who are freaked out by piles. But for the record, I don't mind digging a bit...I just have panic attacks in places like Marshalls. Not my fault!
